Using PricePer
By using PricePer Canada, you agree to these terms. PricePer is an informational comparison service, not a retailer, marketplace, nutrition professional, or financial adviser. It does not sell the products shown or process purchases.
Use the information as a starting point and confirm product identity, package size, ingredients, nutrition label, price, stock, shipping, taxes, membership requirements, and return terms with the retailer before buying.
Prices and calculations change
Retailer prices and stock can change without notice and can vary by date, region, store, seller, subscription, coupon, membership, shipping destination, or cart size.
Useful-unit values are calculated from the source-backed fields available to PricePer. Estimated values, confidence labels, and last-checked dates help explain uncertainty but do not guarantee accuracy.
Beta coverage is limited
The public beta focuses on Canadian protein powder and whole-bean coffee. Retailer, product, province, local-store, shipping, and sale coverage is incomplete.
A missing product or offer does not mean it is unavailable or poor value. Rankings compare only eligible records with enough current evidence.
Retailers, affiliate links, and sponsorships
Retailers are responsible for their products, listings, transactions, delivery, refunds, warranties, privacy practices, and terms. PricePer is not responsible for a retailer's site or transaction.
PricePer may earn compensation from qualifying retailer links without increasing the price you pay. Affiliate routing and sponsored placements are kept separate from useful-unit calculations and cannot buy a better value rank. Sponsored content must be labelled.

Acceptable use and submissions
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with normal operation, submit unlawful or deceptive material, or use automated access in a way that creates an unreasonable load.
You keep ownership of material you submit. You give PricePer permission to review, verify, store, adapt, and use the submitted facts and source links to operate and improve the service. Do not submit confidential information or material you lack the right to share.
Availability and liability
PricePer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without promises that it will always be available, complete, current, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PricePer and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purchase-related losses arising from use of the service or reliance on its information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
PricePer may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the last-updated date on this page. Continued use after a change means the revised terms apply.
